The location was convenient. The citadel was nearby. The staff provided help, and they were very kind. The mattress and pillows were INCREDIBLY comfortable. The pool was a nice touch.
The bathtub shower combination was quite high. It was also very narrow. I felt it was very slippery, and there were no grab bars. Stepping down from the tub required care due to the two-foot drop. The employees seemed cold, and they were not inviting.

The location proved REALLY convenient. The supermarket close by was a GREAT help. I appreciated being so close to transport options.
The bathroom lacked a hand shower. It made bathing my child difficult. Air vents looked dusty, contributing to some dust particles in the room.

the apartment was spacious with good facilities available.
the balcony was not usable, as the building's facade was completely covered with scaffolding. there was no view from there and the hotel did not mention this beforehand. no compensation was offered for this issue.
